Please note: We upgraded our website and e-commerce online portal in May 2025. If you had an account before June 2025, you will need to register for a new account. You may also place orders as a Guest user (for one-off orders).

Once you have an idea of what product(s) you would like to purchase, use the steps below to place a successful online order:

Step 1: Select the product/s you would like to order.

Step 2: Select the packing size of your chosen item (pack or sleeve or box).

Step 3: Select the quantity of pack size (e.g., 50 x 2 or 1000 x 2) and click "Add to Cart".

Step 4: Click "My cart" and then "Proceed". 

Step 5: Click "Checkout" and then enter your delivery details.

Step 6: Select "Pick up in store" or "Delivery".

​Step 6 a: If you choose "Pick up in store", please select the branch to collect from (only Nereide Street, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town)

Step 7: Enter your billing address, or select "Same as delivery address".

Step 8: Click "Confirm" to continue to checkout.

Step 9: Double-check your order. Make sure you have selected the correct products and quantities.

Step 10: Select "Credit/Debit Card" under payment options and then click on the "Pay Now" red button. Payment is done via the Adumo Online site.

​Step 10 a: Select your preferred payment method.

NOTE: If you are not routed to the Adumo Online payment gateway (which can be due to partially accepted cookies) please follow below steps to reset cookies prompt:

​Step 11 a:  Go to your browser history.

​Step 11 b:  Clear recent history

​Step 11 c:  Select only Cookies and Cache, then "Clear now"

​Step 11 d:  Go back to our website and accept all cookies

Step 12: After a successful payment is made, you will receive a customer order number for your reference.

Step 13: We will pack and process your order and let you know once it is ready for collection / has been dispatched for delivery.
