Online Orders:

• Free shipping for online orders over R3300 inc. VAT. (Does not apply to manually processed sales orders.)
• R400 standard fee for shipping on all orders under R3300 inc. VAT.
• R1500 (inc. VAT) minimum order value for delivery. Free collection option available.
• Subject to stock availability.

For Orders Processed Via Our Sales Team:

• Please note that we will only deliver orders over R1000 ex VAT.
• Orders to the value of R1500 or more (ex VAT) qualify for free delivery.
• Orders between R1000 and R1500 incur a flat delivery rate of R250. 
• Free collection at our Paarden Eiland warehouse is available for all orders.

For Trade Clients:

Should you wish to avoid the delivery cost, you may:

1. Collect your order at our showroom by arrangement with your account manager; or
   
   
2. Use Uber Parcel to collect. Follow the guidelines below.

• Please notify your sales consultant upon ordering that your collection will be by UBER, not just "collect".
• Payment must be made by ‘Pay and Clear Now’. Orders will only be released to Uber once the payment reflects in our account.
• Be aware that we require 2 hours minimum to prepare your order
• Please communicate your Uber pin number to your sales agent. Orders will not be released without a pin. 

Same Day Shipping:

• Order to be completed and paid for by 12 pm to be ready for same-day shipping. 
• Note that same-day shipping/dispatch does NOT guarantee same-day delivery. We use third-party couriers. Once your order has been dispatched, timing is beyond our control.

Expected Delivery Times:

• Delivery times depend on your location, but here’s what you can expect:

Outlying areas*	On the next scheduled delivery day for your area
Western Cape (outside CT)	1–3 working days (via courier)
Rest of South Africa	3–5 working days (via courier)

*Outlying areas include: Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Gordon's Bay, Strand, Deep South, and Hout Bay. These areas have fixed delivery routes — your order will be delivered on the next delivery day scheduled for your location. 

• Please note that custom-branded goods follow a different timeline. Allow for 15-20 days from the date of artwork sign-off and payment as you plan your order.
• All orders dispatched outside of Cape Town are sent via courier. While we guarantee same-day dispatch for orders placed and paid before 12 pm, courier delivery timelines are outside of our direct control.
