Cape Cup is committed to protecting the health and safety of our employees, contractors, customers and visitors. We comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993) and all other applicable safety and health legislation, and integrate these requirements into the way we design, organise and operate our business.

- Require our contractors and suppliers to meet the same health and safety expectations.
- Continuously review and improve our health and safety performance and strive to be a benchmark in our sector.
Governance and review
Senior management is accountable for implementing this policy and providing the resources needed to meet its commitments. The policy is reviewed at least annually to ensure it remains appropriate and effective.
